hi..just a small doubt i wanted to express..i see that pravs believes in destiny..and whatever happens, we should think that it is destined to be so..but i dont know whether to believe in destiny or not..is not ourselves who shape our own destiny? but, overall..very good principles that everone should follow..

Meditation greatly calms the mind. 20 minutes a day is good to start with. It lets us appreciate things as they are rather than interpreting based on our conditioned mind. Studies show that anything that is followed for 3 weeks continuously becomes a habit. So with discipline, nothing is difficult to follow.
